Richard Heinze, PE

Rich Heinze, founder and president of Heinze Consultants, graduated with a BSEE from Carnegie-Mellon University and has taken MSEE coursework at Stanford University. Richard's began his career as an electrical engineer for the Naval Electronic System Engineering Center. He went on to design and develop microprocessor-based hardware and software for a complex ESM system. In the early 2000's, he shifted his focus to the USAF where he designed and developed a major modification to an air traffic control system.


Richard joined the team at Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems (AS). He worked on TRITON UAV project in requirements verification for Environmental Requirements of various pieces of equipment onboard the UAV. He founded Heinze Consultants, a high tech electrical engineering and business consulting company based in San Diego, California, in 2016.

Steve Musial, PE

Steve Musial graduated with a BSEE from Carnegie-Mellon University. Steve specializes in medium and high voltage transmission circuits and power systems and power system studies.  He currently manages a growing department of electrical engineers and designers that design electrical systems for large semiconductor fabrication facilities, as well as data centers. He also acts as a subject matter expert on numerous technical issues. He teaches three courses each week for one hour a day as a way of mentoring younger electrical engineers and preparing them for their professional exams.

Ronald Mahinske, PE, LC LEED AP

Ron Mahinske is a Carnegie-Mellon University graduate. He currently designs industrial and commercial power distribution and lighting. Ron's past work includes medium and high voltage power distribution for industrial facilities and Protective relaying for high voltage substations.
